Turning on and off the iPhone, adjusting volume
Navigating the home screen and using the touch interface
Customizing basic settings (sound, display, accessibility)
Session 2: Basic Communication
Making and receiving calls
Adding and managing contacts
Sending and receiving text messages (SMS and iMessage)
Basic voicemail setup and usage
Week 2: Core Apps and Organization
Session 3: Email and Calendar
Setting up an email account (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)
Composing, sending, and receiving emails
Adding events and appointments to the Calendar app
Viewing and responding to event invitations
Session 4: Organization and Troubleshooting
Using Notes for creating and organizing text notes
Setting alarms, timers, and using the stopwatch with the Clock app
Identifying common issues and basic troubleshooting
Finding local support and resources for further learning
