This course is designed to introduce participants to the fundamental features and functions of an iPhone, enabling them to confidently use the device for essential communication and organization.

Week 1: Introduction to iPhones & Basic Communication
🖥 Session 1: Getting Started with iPhones
- Overview of the iPhone’s key features and functions
- Turning the iPhone on/off and adjusting volume
- Navigating the home screen and using the touch interface
- Customizing basic settings (sound, display, and accessibility options)
📞 Session 2: Making Calls & Sending Messages
- Making and receiving phone calls
- Adding, editing, and managing contacts
- Sending and receiving text messages (SMS & iMessage)
- Setting up and using voicemail
Week 2: Core Apps & Organization
📧 Session 3: Email & Calendar
- Setting up an email account (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)
- Composing, sending, and managing emails
- Adding and organizing events in the Calendar app
- Viewing and responding to event invitations
📝 Session 4: Organization & Troubleshooting
- Using the Notes app for lists and reminders
- Setting alarms, timers, and using the stopwatch in the Clock app
- Identifying common iPhone issues and basic troubleshooting
- Finding additional learning resources and support
